Default LIS Substitution Question

Hi, I'm interested in following one of Cathe's LIS rotations, but dont have every workout in the series.

What can I substitute for these workouts?

Cardio Supersets

Slide & Glide

Total Body Trisets

Would any cardio do for the first two and then just a total body weight workout for TBT?? Are the first two more steady state, HIIT, interval???

Thanks!

You can sub any cardio workout for S&G and CS. There is a bit of compound upper body work in those, but not a lot. They are not HIIT, but not steady state either...a nice mix of both, I guess.

TBT is simply upper and lower body split weight work, about 45 minutes of each. Any upper or lower endurance style weight work would sub nicely.

I beleive any form of cardio would be okay to sub Cardio SS and Slide and Glide for. As for the Tri Sets, I can't live without that workout. It is absolutely my favorite DVD ever!!!!! But, a total body workout would be equal.
