Quick question about the gloves Cathe and the girls are wearing in this workout - are they just fitness gloves or are they specific to kickbox for a certain purpose? I imagine they are not weighted. Might be a stupid question but I'm genuinely curious!

they're boxing wraps (you can wear these underneath gloves instead of traditional wraps). everlast sells them (item 1 is traditional, item 2 is similar to what is used in kpc):
