Question KickMax Premix Help

I got the KickMax DVD back in 2005 and I used to do a 30-something (37 maybe?) minute Premix on there that I loved that didn't have any of the blasts in it. Well, a friend "borrowed" it a couple of years ago and I never got it back. So, in January I wanted to start Kickboxing again and went ahead and ordered the digital download of KickMax. Since that was my first digital purchase I didn't realize it didn't have premixes too. (I've been educated since) I put it into my workout blender and made my own premix, but I want the exact premix that I used to do on the DVD, but I can't figure it out. If someone has the KickMax DVD can you tell me the order of that premix, so I can re-create it? Thanks for your help

Hi,

I am looking at the DVD now and see 4 premixes. Which one would you like? (None are 30-something minutes.)

1) Low Impact Kick Box 58min
2) Low Impact Timesaver 48min
3) Kickbox/Bootcamp Challenge 50min
4) Cardio Leg Sculpt 52min

It must have been the Time Saver and maybe I just stopped at 37 minutes? LOL. That would be the one I want. Thanks!

ETA: I would also like the Low Impact Kickbox Premix too

Haha...you probably stopped at 37 min!

Low Intensity - 58 min:
Warm/up
Kick Punch Combo #1
Kick Punch Combo #2
Kick Punch Combo #3
Kick Punch Combo #4
Leg Conditioning Drills
Stretch

Timesaver - 48 min:
Warm/up
Kick Punch Combo #3
Kick Punch Combo #4
Leg Conditioning Drills
Stretch

Hope that helps. Tell me if you need more. I just did the full Kick Max today for the 1st time. The time flew by.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it I'm impressed you were able to do the entire KickMax routine. I have never been able to do that. Not even back in the day. However, that's a goal of mine.

Glad it will help. I was thinking of purchasing the weighted gloves it looks like they use in part of Kick Max. Do you have those? Or I may just try to hold onto 1lb weights (as long as I don't forget and throw them).

Those leg conditioning drills are tough towards the end!
