IMAX 2 intervals

Is it my imagination or do the last five intervals go by a lot faster than the first five? I guess its because although I love the workout I kind of dread starting it. Then I kind of dread interval #5. But then after that, it seems to fly by - with no time to dread. I'm usually sapped by the last interval with the power L and alternating squats. Did this work out today. No matter how much I work out this one really give me a great cardio work!

I think they go by faster too, even though I dread #5 and on! This is the video I pull out when I DON'T want to exercise -- because when I'm done, I'm very thankful I made it through and I feel great afterwards (after I catch my breath that is!)!!
 
It seems like the first blas-step routine is always the longest but this thinking is very much like running. The first mile is ALWAYS the hardest, . . but when you get to the third-fouth mile you just start to breeze through.
