Howto use Muscle Endurance...

Since I began working out with Cathe over a year ago, I've been lifting heavy with her and have done rotations of GS, Pyramids, 4DS and a few others.. I've decided to switch up the weight work and give a rotation of Muscle Endurance a try. I really like this workout as it is a lot different from what I'm used to. But my question is, how often should I do it? I was doing approx. 2 days of upper body per week but should I increase ME to 3x/week since the weights are so much less? I've got nice "size" but would like to focus more on definition, hence choosing ME! Thanks for all your helpful feedback!!
