How do I make that 1/2 step???

I heard on another Forum that the 1/2 step that Cathe uses in some of her videos for leg presses is not available to purchase, but was specially made and that there are instructions on her website on how to cut yours up to make it? Do you know where I can find this information? I have an extra one and I'd love to get my dh to make it for me. Thanks -- Renee
