help needed with the HIIT dvd

Hi,
I brought this a few months ago but have been advised to do low impact for a while to give my joints a rest and able to heal.Anyone with this dvd can you suggest any low impact moves for the ones she does in 30/30 40/20 and the pyramid.I don't want to waste it and they are short and sweet.any ideas much appreciated,mel
