hello, I am trying to find a low impact workout to substitute for Low Impact Circuit for the intermediate routine, I specifically wanted something in the crosstrain series, but i do not know which would give me the level of intensity that Low Impact Circuit would and burn the same amount of calories. Can someone please help? Thanks!
