GS Back, shoulders and biceps

I am gearing up for STS, so did this work-out today, after a 45 min. run. I have been working out with Cathe consistently for years, and am in pretty good shape. But today, after the second set of resistance band shoulder exercises, I found myself really working to failure. My muscles were quivering and I was exhausted. So I know that I am pushing myself! This is really a great work-out, and it actually seemed to go pretty fast. Good thing. Now I need some rest!
 
Glad you had a great workout. I love the GS series- probably my favorite in Cathe's weight lifting DVDs (I can say this until STS arrives). :) FitnessFreak's (Debbie's) December and January rotations had some great uses for the GS series that mixed it up a bit if you are looking for a change or a new way to use the GS DVDs. Enjoy your rest now. :)

I'll check out the rotations. I might really concentrate on them until STS comes. Obviously, I need some work to be more comfortable with the intense weight work.
