I NEED SOME HELP IN FINDING THE CORRECT TYPE OF LIFTING TO DO FOR MY GOAL, I WANT MUSCLE DEFINITION AND HAVE PLENTY OF MUSCLE RIGHT NOW I JUST DO NOT WANT TO ADD ANYMORE I WANT TO BE VERY DEFINED AND LEAN WITH GREAT MUSCLE TONE. WHAT TIME OF LIFTING SHOULD I BE DOING FOR THAT, OR A ROTATION THAT CATHE HAS THAT WILL ACHEIVE THAT.
 
if you have plenty of muscle already, you may just need to burn off some fat to show the defintion. if you are looking to just maintain, I think total body, moderate weight workouts like Power Hour, Muscle Endurance, BodyMax2, Muscle Max would help.
 
that is what i was going to do was muscle endurance workouts
