Form pointers

Funny how you can work out for years, think you know what you are doing, and then have it pointed out that your form is bad...
Having recently purchased CTX, I've heard Cathe point out that we should keep our wrists straight (not bent back) and our knuckles to the ceiling when doing presses (e.g. chest press, close grip bench press). I think I have been bending my wrists for years. It takes attention to remember to keep them straight! jeanne
