Default Which DVD to choose??

Hi

I'm new to this site and am looking for some guidance as to which DVD would be best suited to me. I'm a huge fan of Les Mills Body Attack and am looking for something in the style and intensity of this. Any recommendations?

Thanks
Lisa

I'd be happy to give my input but not familiar with Body Attack. Could you describe it?

I have never done Body Attack, but I went on youtube and looked at some of the videos of them there. It looks like very high impact and fairly high intensity. I saw some familiar moves from Cardio Core Circuit, which is both high impact and high intensity. However, one major contrast is that it is not as "dance-y" as I noted some of the moves of Body Attack to be. Also I noticed a bit of emotional "hype" (just personal observation) in the Body Attack workouts that I observed, that is not generally in Cathe dvds and might be missed by someone who is used to that, though Cathe's dvds are quite enjoyable. Also another very high intensity and high impact is Hiit, but once again, the "dance" factor is not in this...it is mostly just straight athletic... which really appeals to me.

Thanks Tracey, that's really good to know.
Maybe Cathe isnt for me then - I def need the high energy/dance element to get through it!

I would still give her a go with at least one of her dvd's. They are excellent and very challenging.. i bet you would really love it.
