So I haven't done Drill Max in a while (been focusing on LIS), and I forgot what a great workout it is. I have to say that Cathe is the sweetest drill sargeant!! I love it when she says "we're in this together!" cause it just made me smile and want to keep going.
I also smile when she says "are you actually doing these with me at home or are you just watching me flail about here?" And I say "NO!!! I'm actually doing them with you!!" But seriously, those squat thrusts into tuck jumps then jumping over the step??? I forgot how tough it is just to do 8 of those things! Anyways, that is one awesome workout! |

Recently, I did this workout too but I bypassed the burpees/tuck jump/over the step thing but I still got a great workout though. My plan is to do Body Max 2 tonight and Cardio Fusion tomorrow. Two day break, I need to do something. Jen |

Hey JT! Have fun with BodyMax tonight! I just did that one on Sunday and felt so accomplished getting the whole thing done.

Because of shoveling, I am taking the night off. You should feel accomplished with BMX2 with the length and intensity of workout.
