Hi Renee,
My vote is for Kick Max! I enjoy this one more(but that's me)!
Kick Max has 4 premixes & Cardio Kicks has no premixes

i would say kickmax.....and the reason is b/c if u don't really like kickboxing then in kickmax u kinda "get the kickboxing section out of the way" in the beginning.....then it's on to the 10 drills and then the leg conditioning drills at the end....so that's why i would "choose" this one.....cardiokicks is a good one also, but ur pretty much "kickboxing" through the entire dvd.....whereas it's broken up in kickmax....plus u can just choose to do the drills section if u would like to get a quick jack up ur heart rate workout if u don't have the time....or u could just choose the short leg conditiong section at the end if u want to add on to another workout.....HTH

I used HRM and i usually burn about 350 on average 45 min workout but tthe KPC was 450 and i didnt feel i worked that hard! It was a pleasent suprise! I felt energised after not warn out.So i reallly liked that one.

Mrsyancy said it perfectly, and in my opinion I find Kick Max to be more challenging.
Happy Kicking

I love the leg drills in Kick Max. The one thing to consider is that when you buy Cardio Kicks, you also get Circuit Max -- a great workout. I love getting two workouts on the same DVD. Just something to consider.

oh yeah i forgot about that exerciselover.....circuit max is a really good really tough workout....the music in that one is good....so maybe that can makeup for the fact that cardiokicks is all kickbox dvd....b/c circuit max alternates btw 5 minutes of cardio (tough cardio) and 2 minutes of weight work....and that dvd combo is a good price for that one(if i remember correctly).....hmmmmmmmmmmmm....choices choices......lol......happy choosing

I forgot about the Circuit workout being on the DVD, too! I haven't done the circuit yet; actually, I just got the DVD last week so I've only had a chance to do the Cardio Kicks. Thanks for the reminder!

Of course, I think you should buy BOTH! Be an AND person; not an OR person -- ha ha!
