Breakdown of Ab circuits

Hi,
I posted this on the STS forum but decided to post it here too.
Does anyone know if a breakdown of the exercises included in the Ab circuit DVD can be found? I'm thinking of buying it but would like to know what exercises are on it .

Are you looking for a more detailed description than what's on the Shop Cathe page? I haven't seen anything that has all the individual exercises by each segment.
