Boing

Has anyone else noticed that high pitch little "boingy" sound in the music of Power Hour during the bicycle crunches? I can't think of a better way to describe it but it cracks me up every time and makes it even harder to do those crunches. :-jumpy

If this "boing" sound were in Imax, I'd have to say it's the springs in Cathe's feet when she does those tuck jumps;-)

It may be better described as a kind of brief, boingy "Whee" sound every few beats (unlike Cathe's feet which are continuosly boingy! ) I'm not delirious guys - just listen for it, it's a riot!

I know exactly what you're talking about... I did the abs segment from Power Hour tonight (as I tend to a lot these days, mostly for the music) and I always giggle when I hear the "boing." It's hard to describe... It's like a sound you might hear on a Nintendo game like Super Mario Bros. Like a siren sound but it starts loud and high and then goes to a lower note...

You're not delirious, though - you're right about that.
