On Kick, Punch, & Crunch can I program it to do the enitre workout minus the 7 minute ab section and put the 7 minute ab section on the next workout, Legs & Glutes? I like alternating my cardio and muscle toning plus this would keep both of the workouts about an hour, which is what I want. Thanks so much! Great place for a quick response to all my fitness questions. There is always someone willing to share their knowledge and experience. Such a great place to come!
 
For KPC, there may be a premix that excludes the Abs - have you already checked that?

As far as putting Abs at the end of L&G; I think you can do it if you have a programmable DVD player. Otherwise, you just have to select it from the menu when you're ready for it.

You can use the Workout Blender on KPC and just input the segments that you want to do. You can add everything except abs. It's a great tool.
