Hi all, Im Denice and I have a question for those of you who are familiar with the rotations, I was wondering with what would I get better results? Cathes own ten wk ctx/ps rotation or a rotation with the ps series and a cadio 5-6 days a week (which is what ive been doing) meaning mon=ps + cardio, tues= ps,+ cardio etc... Please help. Denice.
