Are you just referring to the ab routines in each, if not, it's like comparing apples to oranges.

I agree with Stacy - they are so different and both so great. If you are wondering about which one to purchase I always suggest people err on the side of caution and get both. You won't be disappointed. Abs circuits can be an add on or a quick stand alone workout. Butts and guts is a long workout for legs and abs - which can be broken up and done all together. both are great and I use them both. I hope that helps a bit.

I guess what I'm looking for is which one is more fun, great music and more effective. But if they are both have those characteristics I mines well buy them:-) thanks guys!

well - abs circuits isn't fun - but it's a great series of ab workouts. cathe does pilates and yoga surprisingly really well in this dvd. its her voice. it's calm but directive - at least for me it is. butts and guts is just a great workout for the lower body. so they are different but equally valuable.
