Because I loved it!!! I got 4DS earlier this week and am on an all cardio week because I am trying to finish my 1 RMs (and burn off the rest of the holidays) and am doing that at the end of cardio sessions instead of doing weight days. I did the kickbox/bootcamp cardio premix tonight, and I loved it. I was kinda dreading the BC portion. I think I lost count after round 3, because I was trying to concetrate on keeping breathing, but I loveloveloved it. I can't wait to do it again. I think when I'm done with my 1RMs, I'm going to play with 4DS as is until STS shows. So, I'll probably start it as intended this weekend. How I'm gonna follow up that bootcamp with wts, I don't know, but I can't wait to try. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
