Hi Jane,
I used to be more into running in my high school and college days (was on the track team). Then I switched gears and got more involved in my fitness business and fitness programs that I could only run randomly when time allowed for it.
These days my business has me so busy that just doing my own classes, plus a spin and weights, is about all the extra time I can give to working out. But I do still run here and there but, but lately its more like 2 to 3 miles one time a week...
