Question yoga dvd sticking

I know this was addressed somewhere but I can't find it. I did the LIS yoga max dvd on Wednesday (first time using it) and it started stuttering/sticking around 20 min. into the workout, and then froze altogether at 24 min. I'm going to clean my dvd player but wanted to know if there's a remedy for this in addition to cleaning the player and disc. (although since it was the first time I used it I don't know why it would need cleaning; I remember reading some folks got lotion on theirs somehow but I know that's not the case with my disc).
Thanks!
Maggie

Default Defective DVD

When it comes to a DVD that doesn't play correctly it does not matter whether a disc is brand new or 5 years old. When you take a disc out of a case you more than likely touch the underside with your fingers. Just one finger print can cause a DVD to have issues in some cases. Cleaning is always a first step whenever you have a DVD that wont play properly. I would say that at least 50% of all the DVDs we receive back as being defective just need to be cleaned.

The other thing you always want to try is to play a DVD you're having a problem with on another player whenever possible. A DVD that will not play properly is either caused by the DVD being defective or a problem with the DVD player. The only way to tell is to play the problem DVD on another player. If you still have an issue just contact our customer support for a replacement.
