Would a Bike Trainer work for CycleMax?

I use a bike trainer (conversion unit for my outdoor bike to indoor cycling) and I am wondering how you think that would work for the new CycleMax video?

i think it will work just fine, Nancy. that is what I'm planning to do as well. plus, my road bike is the perfect fit! the only thing that may take some getting used to is if there are quick changes...like from a fast, easier cadence to a standing climb. instead of just turning a knob to the right we'll have to just change our gears as if we were outside. in time I will get a spin bike, but lots of things have to happen before I do (getting married in Nov, sell the house, get house w/ basement, blah-blah-blah! hee hee!!)
