Hi Cathe! I absolutely love Rhythmic Step and am looking forward to doing it over & over! I was wondering though why you chose not to include a cool down before the slow stretch? Of course, we're an educated crowd and most of us are perfectly capable of doing our own cool down (will have to) and obviously you're not trying to sell RS to beginners, but it just kind of struck me funny. Was it because RS isn't as intense as most of your other step videos?
