I am 44 and need to loose 35 pounds, most of it in my belly.
I have seen a lot of your workouts on tv but I dont know which one I should buy.
I used to be very athletic (judo, rowing,voleiball, etc), run up to 12 miles, and squat with up to 200 pounds.
I got merry at 36, have two kids and gain a lot of weight.
So, where do I start?
