when do you workout ? what are your eating habits?

How many times in a day do you workout and for how long? and at what hour of the day? If in the morning do you do workout on an empty stomach? Also I am interested in knowing your eating habits. Do you take any vitamins or supplements? protein shakes? How many meals do you eat in a day? Do you snack during the day? Do you eat low carb? low fat?

By the way, Thank You so much for being an inspiration to me!!

Hi Jen! I don't have a set regiment. My children have taken that luxury away from me;-) I teach 6 classes a week which are held mostly in the morning but a couple of afternoons too. I try to eat 6 small balanced meals a day but cannot always hold to that either due to things that come up. I try to take a multi vitamin daily and drink a protein drink if I am unable to get to a meal in time or had a very vigorous workout.

I am more strict during preparations for a fitness project but in the "off season" I like to let my body rejuvinate.
