What workout should I start with?

I recently started going to physical therapy for fallen arches, and the therapist told me Cathe is great to get me into shape. Based on looking at my therapist and the reviews I agree! But where do I start? Which DVD should I order, and what equipment is needed with that DVD. By the way, my biggest issue are my thighs. Thanks for your help!

Oh and if you have any tips for me please share!
 
The website will tell you what equipment is needed for each video. I would start by looking at the descriptions of the workouts and seeing what interests you most, what is appropriate for your current fitness level, what your goals are, etc. You might also want to ask your therapist. If she does Cathe, she's familiar and as she is the one who told you to try it out and she knows your current level of physical conditioning, she would be well suited to give you some suggestions.
