Hi Cathe,
First I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your website and also your videos. I currently own only the Bodymax vid and have borrowed others from a female co-worker who first told me about you. Definitely plan to buy more. Heck, it's all I can do know just trying to stay with all of your amazing fans on this site!!
I know I can count on a great workout whenever you are on my television screen!!
I would love your opinion on something: What do you think of weight lifting whereby a weight is chosen for a particular body part that gives muscle failure after only one set of 11-15 reps? The rep is performed with a 2 count on the positive and a 4 count on the negative. The idea is to fully stimulate the muscle in a shorter time period compared to just lifting ,say, 3 sets of 8-10 reps. I've been using this about 2 to 3 times per week for about a month and seem to be gaining strength. Just wondered what you thought.
Keep up the great work Cathe! I'm definitely hooked!!
