I have been doing the "Pure Strength" series for about 2 years and need a new tape to exercise by. How is your new "slow" series different and do you suggest it as an alternative to the Pure Strength?
 
Hi Pimom! The slow and heavy series will be perfect to alternate with PS seies. SH Series is designed to break your through training plateus through slow and focused movement, provide a new training approach to shock your muscles, and just like PS Series, help you increase your strength.

It is different than PS Series because it uses a much slower technique, incorporates different exercises, and works opposing muscles groups in a given workout (except for legs and shoulders tape). Because the SH Series requires such focus and discipine, I only recommend doing it three weeks at a time. If you can go longer that is great but the day that you find yourself losing concentration or wanting to rush through the workout, stop the series and move on to another. Good Luck!
