Cathe, I"m very impressed by the speed in which we receive our videos. I ordered PowerHour and MIS on Sat and by Mon it was here! Amazing! I watched them both and was a little surprised at how very similar they are but that's ok. My husband did the PowerHour last nite (he's military and has been working so hard lately in light of Sept 11 that he never has time to go to the gym. I convinced him to give you a try) and said he got a good hard workout. Thanks!

I was also impressed when I got my videoes just before last Xmas. I'm an international customer (I live in the UK) and ordered on a Fri. evening mine also arrived on Mon. I was so impressed, this had been the first time I had ever ordered anything over the internet and I had been a little nervous, but I could not have asked for better service 
All this and I had been able to track the tapes all weekend!
