unsure about use of slow and heavy series

can the slow and heavy series be used for rotation for more than 2 to 3 weeks? I understand the "shock" value of the series but can it be used longer if you want? thanks. by the way i love these weight training series! all of them make weight training at home so exciting!
 
Yes, the series can be used longer than 2 to 3 weeks. But I recommend 2 to 3 weeks because it is very difficult (both mentally and physically) to stay so intensly focused for a long period of time. I think the results stay more positive when you leave it alone for a while and then come back to it so that your focus doesn't get sloppy. Good Luck!
