Hi,
I love this series sooo much...thank you for coming up with this workout. I am still trying to get used to your workouts and lifting weights in 3 sets and this series wipes me out. It has barely been 2 weeks and my arms are coming around already...I think I need some cardio though because I'm getting round in my middle...what would you suggest for someone trying to get used to lifting and also wanting to tame her tummy at the same time?
