I just had to tell you my husband and I got back from Vail last night after a week of skiing and a 3 day class with a *very* unforgiving instructor... there were about 5 people in it, and tons of complaints about sore quads, sore butts and sore calves, etc. - not to mention how quickly everyone got tired out and were ready to quit by 3:00 - 3:30 pm.
That is, everyone except me! I was fine - plenty of energy and no soreness at all, thanks to you! I'll tell you what, skiing is NOTHING compared to a workout with Lean Legs, Power Hour, Body Max, MIS (you get the picture). I just had to write and thank you - even our drill sargeant instructor noticed how much endurance I have!
