I just wanted to thank you.

I'm 37 years old and I feel that I have more energy than ever.

Just got your DVD because I went to a step class in the gym and I bought the step to have it at home. I really liked your basic step DVD, and that's how I found out about your web site.

I work during the day and I try to work out almost everyday to keep my weight off. Found your DVD with step aerobics just awesome.

I just have a question. What DVD do you recommend to improve your training? I like cardio work outs and I would like to find out if there a DVD that I could buy to practice more cardio exercising. I would like to get an effective high rate when exercising.
