Just wanted to thank you for the tip during Power Hour regarding wrists during triceps work with the barbell. I have always noticed my wrists 'collapsing' during this move and wondered if this was correct. In PH you mentioned several times not to let this happen and after checking you out and myself in the mirror I was able to make the correction and then feel the benefit. Thanks for all your excellent and meticulous form pointers - it really helps us 'slow learners'! Btw, love PH and RS, looking forward to tackling S and H! Thanks again and all the best!
