I justed wanted to say thank you for helping me increase my fitness level. I have been doing Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks lately, which I actually thought were a bit too hard for me (still enjoy them though). Yesterday, I did Keli Robert's step tape for a change, which I used to find quite hard. Well, I sailed through it! I didn't get tired at all, and didn't have to lower the step height for the last part, which is a first for me. I hadn't realised until then that my fitness level had increased by doing your videos, and I'm really pleased. I used to exercise to make my body look better. Now, I exercise to feel good. Thanks again for providing such great videos!
