Tendonitis in elbow

I recently completed STS 6 mos and I loved it! However, I was just diagnosed with tendonitis in my elbow and can't under any circumstances lift any weight, do any chin-ups/pull-ups/push-ups for at least 6 weeks, while going to therapy. I'm worried about the strength gains that I had made. I do have a weight vest so I can do squats, step-ups and lunges. Is there a dvd that would work for this. I am very poor on designing things or doing anything on my own-without dvd or tape. Thank you
 
Oh I feel so bad for you! I developed epichondylitis after 2 months into STS....same deal, no pull ups, push ups or anything that required my elbows basically.

Aside from exercises at Physical therapy, I rotated GS legs, Pyramid lower body and butts & guts and did core work until it resolved. Those DVDs really give you a good work out and get your heart rate up. Plus you have a weighted vest & since you probably can't hold the barbell that wil help.
