Suggestions for workout routines while recovering from ...

Last week I was doing interval step and fell and tore several ligaments in my left ankle. I am so bummed because I have never been an active person - until I discovered you Cathe on FitTV in March of this year. Since then I have incorporated a workout routine with you for 6-7 days per week. I've lost 30 lbs and 14 inches over all.

Do you have any suggestions for continuing a good aerobic workout while I recover for the next 3-6 mos? Dr. said it would be at least 6 mos before I can do step again. I would appreciate any ideas you have on glute and leg work that doesn't require pressure on the ankle. I am so bummed! I was just hitting my groove!

Any insight is so much appreciated. You have inspired me like no one else and I hope you or some of your great friends here on line have some ideas to help me through this and not gain weight again. I have been eating well too by the way :)
