Default substitutes for...in Lower body rotation

Cathe, this rotation has peeked my interest. But I do not have the following DVDs and was wondering what can be used in place of them:

-any HiiT
-Intensity
-Cardio Core Circuits

I have all the others...THANK YOU!

I went ahead and downloaded Cardio Core Circuits since I had been eyeballing it for a while, but I would say you could do Cardio Circuit as a replacement. It has several of the same moves. CCC does not have the weight portions, though. For the HIIT video, if you have the LIS dvds, then you could probably sub Cardio Super Sets for that. It's also an interval workout, it's just low impact. Neither uses a step, so that might be a good sub. I don't have Intensity, so I've not seen what it entails beyond the clip offered online, so I'm not sure what would be a good sub for that one.

Good luck! I am doing this rotation too and I'm loving it.

Hi Kay,

I can try to help.

1) For CCC, I say sub w/a high impact cardio (if possible). Perhaps MIC? If you want to go low impact, perhaps Afterburn? CCC is very intense, so you should go for an intense cardio session that would burn approx 500cal/hr.

2) Hiit workouts are very intense, high impact cardio in 30min. Perhaps the blasts only from any Imax w/o (take out the step portion).

3) Intensity resembles Imax3 IMO. You can sub with any Imax if preferred since most people seem to love Imax2. Even LowMax would be ok if you want to make it low impact. Intensity however includes a 15min bootcamp at the end which includes plyo, firewalkers, push-ups, weight training ect. Perhaps do 45min of an Imax and then 15min bootcamp of choice (DrillMax, Bootcamp from Intensity series ect). The total of Intensity is 60min.

Hope this helps!

Natasha

Thank you Eva and Natasha!!
I do have LIS and Imax2 I will try them. I haven't started this rotation, I am doing the LIS/STS 3 month rotation right now. I really like the mixture of the two series.

I did KP&C yesterday. The cardio conditioning premix would also be a good option.
