Sub for the ball squeeze

After reading your post, I tried this version last night...and I felt in MORE in my inner thighs (I was able to squeeze harder and not worry about stabilizing the ball). This is how I'll be doing it from now on!

My vote would be: yes! it will work the same (or better).
 
Hi R Lam! The stability ball makes it so that you are firing muscles that you normally wouldn't (along with the focus muscle) since you are trying hard to stabilize and contract at the same time. But if you feel that you would rather just put the ball on the floor and not deal with stabilizing, you will still have a very effective inner thigh workout :)
