STS Mesocycle 1

I am on Week 1, Disc 2 of STS. So far, I'm not feeling any soreness, my heart rate is not rising during the workout and I don't feel fatigued. I'm trying to follow the 60% 1RM rule but it doesn't seem to be enough of a challenge. Have I underestimated by 1RM?
