I am new to your workouts and purchased the pyramids. The Imax 2/Cardio and Weights are on their way.
I have a question about step size. I know the one I have is too small and I was wondering if the step/bench you use in Power Hour would be large enough for your step workouts? It is 37 x 14. Walmart has a great deal on it ($68) and I like that it serves more than one purpose.
I am on the short side and I don't know if that affects the width size needed.
