Sprinning Rotation?

Spinning Rotation?

Any good rotations that incorporate spinning? I just finished STS and I'd like ideas that help maintain my strength gains, but also get me using my "new" spin bike. I have just about every Cathe DVD.

I was thinking something like this:
2 days of circuit workouts
3 days of spinning (30-45 minutes), combined with yoga and/or lower body work
1 day STS plyo legs

Would I be overworking my legs? Not enough upper body? Happy with my upper body, looking to lean out my legs.
