We have a Blog post that may help you on Spin Bikes
You may want to ask this question in our Open Discussion Forum too as many of our members have home spin bikes. Being in the health club business our experience and knowledge is on Commercial Spin bikes which are an overkill for home use. Hopefully this article will help you.
