Sore Calves!

Hi Cathe!

So excited to be posting a question for the first time!

I have a quick couple questions regarding soreness (I tried searching for this topic but couldn't narrow all the posts down). I have a bunch of your DVDS and did some multi-directional calf raises for the first time Saturday (today is Monday). Its been a while since I've done the toes out heels in, and heels out toes in version and my calves are BURNING. My first question is should I completely recover before working legs out this week? And, is there anything I can do to alleviate the soreness?
