The "Like | Share" link appears on every post and has nothing to do with "Quick Reply". To Activate Quick Reply you have to click on the icon on the far right under the "Like | Share" link.
As for the problem you're having with the Workout Manager I have tested the Workout Manager in the same browser you're using and it works fine. I would suggest two things you might want to try: #1 Update Java. #2 Clear your browsers cache If neither of these two things work you will need to contact customer support with your password. This will allow us to login as you using the same browser as you are using.
