I once again tried to hook up for a preview. Initially, the WMP connected, buffered and played -that gray screen. Then it buffered momentarily and stopped. It actually said "stopped" But, once the preview should have been available, it stayed on "connecting". I did connect once for Leaner Legs. I know it's possible. What's with the mms instead of the http? Since I probably won't try this too many more times, dare I ask about those DVD's?

Look toward the lower right corner and you will see a hyperlink for video clips. Just click on this link and if all goes well a 7 minute streaming media clip will start to play. If this works then you should be okay to watch any of our live broadcast.
This weekend we plan adding new, longer and improved clips for all of our videos.
Also, make sure to follow the instructions we have posted for Mac users.
