Slow & Heavy question

Hi Cathe,
What do you think about using these workouts on consecutive days? I did chest/back last night and my shoulders and triceps are a little sore and was wondering if it would be better to give them a full 48 hours of rest before working them.
I'm asking because I prefer to work each body part twice a week, but don't see how to do that if I am only doing a slow & heavy workout every other day.
Just wondering what your opinion is on this.
By the way, I am loving the new tapes so far! Rhythmic Step is so much fun! Thanks for the great workouts!

I would like to know the answer to this question too because I also like to work each body part at least twice a week. Also, how can I be sure that I am retracting the scapular area? I try to, but am not sure if I am doing it right. Thanks. Mary
