Hi Cathe--No question for you, just a Big Thank You for doing the slow & heavy series. I really have enjoyed these routines and I know I'm going to see some good results (I just got my DVDs this week, so I've done only Legs/Shoulders & Triceps/Biceps/Abs). They are tough but very do-able. I must say, you are at your best. You interject humor in just the right places! Please never stop making DVDs/Tapes. You are not only an inspiration, but you have created some effective, fun workouts that make it easy for us to keep in shape. Congrats on your good news, too! Thanks for everything. Suzanne
