My physical therapist doesn't want me doing overhead presses because of the extension that they require in the lower back. I'm currently doing a Pure Strength rotation, and need help deciding if I should do additonal sets of lateral raises, or if there are other exercises I could try to build size and strength in my shoulders.
I have a barbell, dumbbells, a balance ball, a step, and a variety of xertubes with door attachments, etc. What would you recommend Cathe? Thank you for your help! http://www.plauder-smilies.de/pyth.gif Gretchen |

Hi Gretchen! You will get plenty of shoulder stimulation by simply doing all of the other shoulder exercises.
